Raising funds to build our entry is a major part of carnival. Over the years we’ve been involved with lots of different initiatives from stewarding at Glastonbury Festival to mouse racing to bingo nights.

Family Prize Bingo
Monthly family prize bingo nights – join us in the bar at Prattens Social Club, Midsomer Norton, BA3 4BD. Eyes down at 7.30pm with great prizes and a raffle on the night – fun for all the family!
Jumble Sales
Jumble sales taking place every other month at Prattens Social Club, Midsomer Norton, BA3 4BD. Lots of bargains to be had plus tea & homemade cake available in our cafe.
Monthly Meat Raffle
Monthly meat raffles supported by Mitchard’s Butchers in Westfield. Tickets cost just £2 with gift voucher prizes of £30, £15 and £5 and can be bought at Prattens Social Club or online at: https://www.zeffy.com/en-GB/ticketing/monthly-meat-raffle-aliens-carnival-club
100 Club
Monthly draws from April to January in our 100 Club, with the chance to win £30, £20 or £10. Only 100 numbers available and each number costs £20 (just £2 a month). As they say – you have to be in it to win it!
Travelling Stall
A fun ‘prize every time’ pocket money games stall which we take to local events and summer/Christmas fairs. It’s a chance to chat to the club, find out more and during the summer events, even take a selfie with a costume piece or two!

Other Fundraising Activities
In the past we’ve also run baby & childrens table top sales, summer fun days, fluffy pig and elephant racing, wedding & party bars, ladies nights, Christmas shopping evenings, taken part in sponsored swims, run cabaret nights, organised coach trips to London and run mouse racing – and we’re always open to any other new fundraising ideas.
