Raising funds to build our entry is a major part of carnival. Over the years we’ve been involved with lots of different initiatives from stewarding at Glastonbury Festival to mouse racing to quiz nights.
Bingo Nights and Quiz Nights
Monthly bingo or quiz nights – join us in the bar at Prattens Sports and Social Club, Westfield, BA3 4BD.
Stewarding – Glastonbury Festival, Wessex Truck Show, Bath Half Marathon and others
One of the areas where we do the most fundraising is stewarding at local and regional events. Looking after residences in Pilton village during Glastonbury Festival each year can be full-on but is lots of fun for all the club. We also help at Wessex Truck Show which takes place in Yeovil during August each year and marshal at sports events such as Bath Half Marathon and Midsomer Norton Triathlon. 
In the past we’ve also run baby & childrens table top sales, summer fun days, stalls at local events, fluffy pig and elephant racing, wedding & party bars, ladies nights, Christmas shopping evenings, taken part in sponsored swims, run cabaret nights, organised coach trips to London and run mouse racing and we’re always open to any other new fundraising ideas.
